DAY 1 (day of surgery):

A designated adult caretaker must be present at least 1 hr prior nurse departure
Ride-home support AFTER surgery to recovery location (MUST stay within 25 miles of Tampa FL 33609)
*Patient is responsible for picking up their Rx meds & arranging transport.

DAY 2:
Vitals signs Check
Roundtrip ride-home support to next day post-op appointment. (Only between 9am-2pm).
Sit in your visit when/if permitted

Medication schedule review & discharge instructions recap
Basic hygiene assistance
Surgical drains & Foley check (if applicable)

Deposits Not paid within 48 hours of initial booking will be cancelled. Availability changes frequently.
Once deposit received, you will get an email with an invoice of the total balance. Dates are not held without Client Intake, and Client Agreement forms completed and signed. Email us at tampaskin@gmail.com or call 813.500.9980 if you have not received your invoice.
Every client MUST fill out our credit card authorization form and provide a copy of driver’s license or ID.
Total balance must be paid fourteen days before service for Post-Surgical recovery care and 24 hours prior Post-Partum visit.
All Post-Surgical care service payments are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days prior to surgery date.
All Post-Partum care service payments are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours to service date.
Full payment is required if booking Post-surgical care within 2 weeks of your procedure.If the client has fully paid and the scheduled procedure is cancelled by the surgeon, the Aftercare service will be re-scheduled to the new surgery date.
If you have paid in full and cancel more than 7 days prior to your surgery, you will be issued a refund except the non refundable booking deposit of $250.
Transportation is provided within nursing package only. We cover up to 25 miles from Tampa FL 33609. Please plan ahead to coordinate post op appointment times.
We are unable to accomodate appointments prior to 9am.
Client is responsible for transportation to surgery.

The Private Nurse is a fictitious name (DBA) of Tampa Skin LLC. All nursing services provided under this name are private-pay services offered by Nancy P. BSN, RN, a licensed registered nurse in the State of Florida.
These services are not part of a licensed home health agency and are not billed to Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. All care is provided within the RN scope of practice and is intended for short-term support and education.
By using these services, clients acknowledge that they are engaging a private-pay RN and that Tampa Skin LLC / The Private Nurse is not a medical facility or agency. We are not a Recovery House.
We are not diagnosing medical conditions, replacing pediatrician/ PCP visits or providing lactation therapy.
Your privacy is important. We are HIPAA Compliant.
We do not sell, trade your Personally Identifiable Information. Insurance is not accepted. This is a private pay service.
